Mission Statement

Friends of Abused Children, Inc. improves the lives of abused, neglected and abandoned children. Our mission is to reach each such child in our community and provide her or him with whatever goods, services, experiences and relationships required for the child to overcome the effects of child abuse and neglect.

"Friends" is concerned adults delivering what is needed for the child to recover her or his well being, self esteem, dignity, and potential for greatness.

Friends of Abused Children, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) corporation. We distribute funds directly to the children of Palm Beach County who are placed in a foster home, group home or with a relative (grandparent, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, etc.) or non-relative (teacher, neighbor, coach, friend, etc.).
